This business moved from Ajax and has expanded their shop to accommodate their growing and satisfied clientele. I called ahead to enquire about hours of operation, and how busy it was at the time. It is a first come, first serve system which seems very straightforward for this type of service. Once I arrive here, I would see if the lift is vacant, if the lift is vacant, and I don't see anyone who looks like they are waiting I would immediately drive my car on to the lift with guidance from someone directing me so my car dosen't fall of the lift. If the lift has another car on it at the time, I would park properly outside and go in to inquire how much people is in the line up infront of me. Once its my turn I would then drive up on the lift and switch off the engine, pop the hood so he has access to the engine compartment to do the oil change. I would then exit the car and have a seat and let him do his work without crowding his space or walking around his garage. While waiting for the oil to drain out, he would keep busy by checking your tires for proper inflation pressure. Once fully drained he would secure the drain plug, bring the car down safely, print your reminder sticker for when your next oil change is due and payment is finally made. It's literally quick like that but done professionally. I've been a repeat client for over 5 years and have never been disappointed or unhappy. I highly recommend this business place (and just to let you in on a little secret, his brother does tires too, so don't fee shy to ask him about tires).

I would like to start off by saying reading negative fake reviews on this business is so inaccurate. My family has been using Pro Lube for many years now and have nothing but good things to say about them. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and I'm glad they have grown and moved to a more convient and bigger location. Obviously that says alot about the good work they do. They have by far the best prices for oil changes in Durham region that I can think of. I totally recommend using Pro lube for future oil changes moving forward. Keep up the good work to the guys at Pro Lube!

Great guys always do a amazing job. The big difference between this place and all the others is the price from what I found nobody can beat them. I've been going there for at least 6 years. Have my whole family going there. There oil changes are certified cover all warranties.

These reviews are definitely fake. I went there today, asked how long the wait was for an oil change and the guy working there was obviously having a bad day and swore and walked away until another employee came. I was actually shocked at how rude he was when I just asked a simple question that most people would ask going for an oil change. Save your time and go elsewhere where people have skills and manners and appreciate their clients:)

The mechanic is nice, quick and straight forward. You would be very comfortable dealing with him and getting the oils change at an affordable price

I have been here several times for an oil change and would highly recommend this place. They provide quick and professional service and their price can't be beat! On top of that, the guy who runs this place is very kind and knowledgeable.
