Mylen Custom Kitchens

Highly recommend Mylen.We just completed a house build and they were fantastic to work with from the design of of our kitchen and vanities all the way to their installation.In particular Joanne was attentive and detail oriented.They have also been great about a return call to make one minor adjustment. A great company to deal with!Would totally recommend the company to anyone looking for cabinetry etc...

Got my kitchen cabinets with Mylen almost 5 years ago. Since then they have bubbled and chipped extremely easy. When I ordered them I asked for durable and easy to clean cupboards….not the case at all. Have been told that basically any time I use the sink area I have to wipe down my cupboards. I explained this was a kitchen and water is expected on the cabinets. Have been told that no water can stay on them. When I have to clean them, damp cloth to wash and dry immediately, do one cupboard at a time. Staff are nice, but hands are tied…will not use again, will not recommend Mylen to anyone. I have never heard of such a poor product in the kitchen and that water ruins them. Poor materials and they don’t repair/change the product they use. Customer is just out of luck and has to repair on their dime.Update: was contacted by Mylen, they are going to repair and replace any damages. They reviewed care and maintenance of the cupboards with us. Eric was very kind and committed to find a solution to make us happy. I will update again when the work is complete.

We had a custom bar built and we waited forever and then when they called to deliver they didn't have the right pieces. They didn't cut out holes for my electrical outlets per design that I had to reschedule my electrician. One of the countertops wouldn't fit down my stairs (why they didn't know this in advance when they designed my bar is beyond me), so they had to take it back and cut it. Where did they put the mitre cut? Right where my sink was to be delayed per my design which they made. Now my sink isn't where we asked. Still waiting for the second level of my countertop which is going to take 2-4 more weeks because they messed up another cut. Then I respond to them with complaints and they either blame me or ignore me completely. It's been 3 days since my last complaint. Horrible customer service.

We had our kitchen done with Mylen. They were very professional and they provided us with great quality workmanship. If you need any cabinetry done I would highly recommend them. They paid attention to even the littlest details.If I could, I would give more than a 5 star review. Thank you Joanne for making our dream of a kitchen come true!

I absolutely loved the service at Mylen kitchen! From the design phase to the installation all of their employees were fantastic! The cabinets installed in my kitchen and bathroom are gorgeous and super durable and they have so many applications to make the experience just how I wanted it. Absolutely love this team!

Cabinets started peeling paint 2 years after I had themCalled to inquire and had a hard time getting service. When they came out they asked me to show them how I open my cabinets. They proceeded to tell me I opened them wrong and should only use my pinkie finger. Therefore they said I was the cause of the problemAlso stated I must be cleaning them wrong. Wear and tear should not occur after only 2 years. No warranty coverage for it either.* Update: Mylen just phoned me out of no where because they were concerned about the negative review. I received new info....they are now telling me they tested my cabinets and found an 'unknown' chemical on them that has to be from me that caused the paint to wear. They cannot identify the chemical and said it is IMPOSSIBLE for it to have come from their end. Let me clarify; they removed one of my cabinets to test it and the provided a replacement cabinet....well is it not funny that the new cabinet is the only one that has not wore. When I stated that that was evidence that there could be an issue on their end they denied it. Keep in mind I have cleaned this cabinet with a cloth and water the same as the rest and yet the entire original batch has worn.The phone call came out of no where and was quite upsetting. I asked if they were calling because they wanted to now stand by their product and that was not the case. They were only concerned about the google review. Shame on them!!!

Cupboards installed with moisture damages and installed with damages, installation was mediocre with issues in the end due to rushed installation, crooked handles, cupboards had to be repositioned, crooked doors etc

We are very happy with the excellent service we received from Mylen. The Cabinets look amazing and the quality is top notch. Even with Covid delays (not Mylens fault) we still managed to get the kitchen done before Spring. We contacted Mylen last September(2020) and our designer Sarah was very understanding and provided us with many options before we settled on our forever kitchen design. I would recommend Mylen 100 times over. Thanks again for everything, Mylen!
