Kind of beating a dead horse here but truly worthless customer service. They seem to go out of their way to screw their customers over. I can honestly say that I have never before experienced a nightmare in service like I did with Bell. Government is better. Bell seems downright vindictive.From botched installa to being bounced between the store and “customer service” for the most basic transactions.My experience was so poor that I'm boycotting bell and all of its affiliates. Truly rotten company

Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy! I (supposedly) have fiber op, & am 7 mins out of Charlottetown, & the internet constantly cuts Out, videos buffer, and it's supposed to be fiberop...at $90+ for ONLY Internet!! It's being cancelled and am going elsewhere

I've never met a person who was happy with this service. Even their fiber connections go down constantly. Tech support is not helpful & the company will outright lie.

Lots of businesses with their internet not working in Charlottetown so far the common theme is they’re with bell. Very sus.

For months, they put 2 internet services on my home while sending the bill only for one bill. I was paying $100 a month but one day they just stoppes my internet saying I was not paying the fee AT ALL. It took 2 hours of fighing on the phone to make them to admit what happened.

They were having some sort of computer problem completing the form for my granddaughters new I phone but they were very open about what they were doing to fix it which made it easier. They even went and fetched me a chair when it became apparent that it was going to take awhile.

Called today for service. This was a move 1.5 weeks ago. The installer did not know how to set up the TV box. Called and they wanted 59 dollars to setup when the installer should of did it. The internet keeps going down. Called twice and the IT support hung up twice. If we do not get help soon and resolve this we cancel this rude service

Should be able to pay with debit online instead of only credit card.

Worst company in Canada!!! I got an esim for my business back in may 2020. I got a new phone and tried to get them to transfer the esim over. when i called they said i had to go into the store, so i did, where they told me i had to call. After 4 time of them telling me to go back and forth i told them to cancel the account. Now in January 2021 i come to find theyve been charging me the entire time and made me pay $126 just to cancel my account now. After taking my money they hung up on me. I ended up calling 16 today to cancel my account. i finally got it cancelled" but i wont be surprised if if they are continuing to bill me. Absolutely disgusting service and customer service. STAY AWAY!!!"

Worst service ever! No sense of talking either. Just for the future references you won’t get any receipts emailed from them. Too back in the days! Even the clothing retail shops emails the receipts.
