Called for roadside gas receptionist was kind and got me a good price told me about a 30 minute wait I agreed to the service. After an hour of waiting I called to see if the service was close having already been 30 min “late” and the receptionist tells me it’ll be another 2 hours making my potential wait 3 hours which is no problem if that’s the original deal but to wait an hour and then be told another 2 hours and not be given a courtesy call or some kind of warning is pretty bad not to mention the obvious that I’m a human sitting in my car on a cold rainy day and they basically assumed that id wait 3 hours without a follow up or anything of the sort lol CAA here I come

I have used this company for many years. They are always very helpful. Their response times are usually quick. On bad weather days, a delay is to be expected.

Well, you were so quick to return my call, you were so quick to get to where I was stopped, and you were so quick to hook your car in 5 minutes!

Driver and staff are all really polite. Covid was respected, so he dropped over my keys at the shop on my behalf so I wouldn't have to get in the truck. He gave me a discount because he arrived just a few minutes later than he had promised. Thanks a lot!
