Alexanian Carpet & Flooring

My husband and I visited Alexanian in the summer looking for area rugs for our dining room and family room. We met Ramie who so helpful and cheerful and took the time to chat with us about the different options we could take. We didn't buy anything that day but left with a wealth of knowledge and decisions to make. We promised we would return and fast forward to winter we were stuck in traffic not sure we would make it to the store before it closed. We called Ramie and he promised he would stay and remain open for us. Even though we got there 5 mins to closing, he kept the store open, remembered us and walked us through our options again. Ramie was so kind we really appreciate him staying behind an extra 30 mins. We bought two beautiful rugs that we absolutely love and that will last us a lifetime! Thank you Ramie and Alexanian for the amazing experience. We will recommend you to anyone of our friends and family.

I am a home builder and have used a number of flooring contractors.Shant bent over backwards to get our carpet installed. His prices are very reasonable and his installers are experts!!! I would highly recommend. Alexanian in Whitby!!

Shant was very helpful picking out our flooring materials and pricing was exactly as quoted even with extra work that was required to level floor. The guys that installed flooring were very very good and very accommodating and cleaned up all mess from cutting and scrap material even in garage where cutting was done. We were extremely pleased with the project which was doing kitchen powder room and 2 hallways with luxury vinyl flooring and also we had all new baseboards installed throughout which now looks fabulous and would definitely highly recommend Alexanian Whitby location to anyone . Alexanian has so much variety! We were pleased to find the exact colour combination in the carpet we purchased. We'd been to so many stores in search of the perfect carpet with dark blue and burgundy hues. We were very pleased with the service we received from Ramie and the price was reasonable for such a quality carpet. We will continue to tell our friends about Alexanian!

I am very pleased with my new flooring from Alexanian (Whitby), They have a great selection of all kinds of flooring and very knowledgeable staff to assist you. The Manager named Shant is wonderful! I had an idea of what I wanted and he was a great help to us and made recommendations. We also used them to have the flooring installed. They did a great job too and cleaned up very well when finished. I would definitely use them again.

It’s been just over a month since Alexanian Carpet & Flooring installed our new hardwood floors. When we visited the store, Customer Service Representative “Courtney Rutledge” greeted us and showed their wide selection of hardwood and laminate flooring explaining the pros and cons of each type of flooring. Courtney gave us a rough estimate of what the cost would be to tear out and install depending on the type of flooring we picked. He also gave us tips on how to save some money by doing some of the tear out ourselves.We did some shopping around to other flooring stores but kept coming back to Alexanian even after considering that some stores were a little cheaper but the customer service that we received from Courtney was second to none.Our flooring was originally scheduled to be installed sometime in July but Courtney was able to find us a cancelation so we were able to have it installed at the end May which was wonderful. The crew of three arrived around 9:30am on the day of the install, they were friendly and professional and started work immediately after arriving removing the old baseboards and the rest of the flooring that we were not able to remove ourselves. Once removed they started to install the new flooring cleaning up after each step. The installation only took the one day, they had the new wood floors and baseboards installed and all the little details completed. There was some dust still left for us to cleanup but that was to be expected. My wife & I painted the new baseboards added a couple of area carpets and had the furniture back in all the rooms by the next day.We are very happy how the new floors turned out; Alexanian did an amazing job. Courtney our customer service representative popped over a few days after the floors were install to see if we were happy, he inspected the floors himself to confirm that everything was done correctly.We would definitely recommend Alexanian Carpet & Flooring to anyone considering having new floors install.

We were pleased we made the decision to source our carpet from Alexanian's in Whitby. From start to finish it was everything we'd hoped for with a problem-free process. Courtney was extremely helpful narrowing down our best options for our stair runners and basement. Our two dogs make it a challenge keeping it clean. After bringing home samples we made our choice. Courtney came to our home, measured up the requirements and gave us a very competitive quote. A pleasant surprise was the carpet came in a couple of weeks sooner than expected. The installers did a fabulous job pulling up the old carpet and laying down the new, and they cleaned up everything before leaving.
