I have been ordering from here for a while now and every time the staff is so friendly and welcomes me right away. The wait time wasn't long either, considering the order I placed, as well as the food always being better than any corporate pizza place. Overall, great service and food.

Ordered a large 3 topping panzerotti. When I picked it n got home 4 min walk. The whole inside of the panzerotti was cold. I call them they say bring it back n we can worm it up for you. Then got very disrespectful on the phone with me when I asked if this was normal to have ur customers return with there food for u to re worm it up. He hung up on me. Please save ur self the headache and possibly food poisoning. Don't order from this place

I don't know what they put on their pizza that makes me come over and over again in Gusto. Theirs pizza is better than any other famous pizza places in London. I suggest everyone to try once and don't forget to meet Kevin, he is a great guy.

I recently ordered the veggie pizza, BBQ pizza, and pineapple pizza and was blown away by the quality of the ingredients and the delicious taste of each pie.The veggie pizza was loaded with fresh, colorful vegetables that were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The BBQ pizza had a delicious smoky flavor that was balanced perfectly with the sweetness of the sauce. I recently visited Gusto Pizza and Wings and was blown away by their delicious food and excellent service. The pizza was perfectly cooked with fresh toppings and the wings were crispy and flavorful. The restaurant had a great ambiance and the staff were friendly and attentive. The menu had a great selection and the prices were reasonable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Gusto Pizza and Wings and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience in London, ON

There was a chemical taste in our pizza (tasted similar to what sanitizer smells like) and shortly after we felt gurgling and movement in our stomachs and nausea. I called when the manager Khalid" was in and all he said was he will "look around and if he sees anything he will contact me back". So we paid 50 dollars for food that isn't edible. No offer of a refund. Nothing. Just brushed me off. He was happy to keep money and continue on with his day. Never will I put my money there and I will be telling everyone I know about this. Spend your money somewhere that has health and safety standards.Ps icing on the cake. Ranch exploded all over our pop. Asked for double cheese

Ordered a pizza and wings from here. It was a great price, but my family got food poisoning (I think from the wings). My toddler only had the pizza and seems mostly fine, but myself and boyfriend have been ill and it’s the only thing we had to eat all day. The pizza is very underwhelming and lacks flavour.We ended up just throwing most of it out. Never ordering from here again.. not worth the risk.
