Great food, meh service. Be mindful this is a cash only establishment. Nice that they’re open until 9pm. Fully enclosed, so no need to wait in the rain or bake in the sun as you wait. I had to wait nearly 15 minutes for a poutine with nobody ahead of me. Too bad the ice cream isn’t up and running, but still worth the trip

Haven't been in awhile, what did they do to the gyro meat! Not good at all. This used to be my favourite gyro joint...sorry Sammy you failed this time. The man and woman working were arguing about something. Not a pleasant experience. Try Damacus House and taste the quality difference when they actually care.

This is the best Sammy's in london. Only down fall is its cash only. But the Man and woman who work here are awesome. Food is always on point, staff are polite, great parking to. U can fit a couple trucks n trailers in here.

Could be a lot better! Don’t confuse the quality at Southdale location with the homebase on Trafalger. The service is fake and poor, as the lady argues with you and wracks up the bill with unknown prices. All the friends and family I brought there found her abrasive and she doesn’t cook the food enough. Several times I tried using the menu board to control costs but left there being billed $80 for 4 small orders. We could have eaten at Mandarin and gotten 5xs the amount of food. Trafalger location is almost the same, except the gravy has changed. But honestly, in over 15 years of loving his recipe I’ve never left there confused about the bill. Steer far from the south location unless you enjoy paying$20 above what’s advertised, less food and fake smiles!DISAPPOINTED, do better!

BEST souvlaki I’ve had EVER! This little hole in the wall (in Byron) puts Toronto Greek eateries to shame. So fresh, perfectly seasoned tender meat unlike the dry meat in Toronto, flavourful tzatziki unlike the bland flavour at other, supposedly authentic Greek places. Perfection. Fries are also really good and the owners are sweet and very friendly. Note to comment on the lady being in a bad mood…everyone has a bad day here and there. You don’t know what others are dealing with so stop being so judgemental.

The food is great unfortunately, today I stopped by to get some food and the lady at the counter was was in a mood that was not customer friendly in my opinion, hoping they can improve that. Maybe it’s an off day, but overall food was yummy. Just a customer service wasn’t the best. Also, a single chicken souvlaki for $15 is crazy to me.
