Brafasco

Came in today for a specialty item that I couldn't find, and the super friendly girl with short hair helped me come up with a different idea that worked even better! She wcas very patient and didn't rush me like most hardware places do. Highly recommended this place. The staff seemed to have so much fun. A great experience. Will definitely recommend!.

Great staff and selection!

Stopped in at this Brafasco location to get some work gloves snd safety glasses a few weeks ago. I had some of the best service possible and the employee gave me some awesome recommendations! Will definitely go back for more work supplies!

Super friendly staff, I needed a tool that my usual suppliers didn't carry. They were extremely helpful and DID NOT treat me like a little guy like some of these types of places do when you don't have a big account with them.

This store has a $25 minimum order policy.I was in the area and decided to pick up a few bolts there rather that my usual place. I was surprised by their $25 minimum order policy.The owners of this business must be doing rather well if they rather have 3-4 staff doing nothing than accept my $12 order.Needless to say I will not be going there for larger orders, this location is off my list.

Had a excellent experience with all knowledge group of people that had helped myself out with all my fastener requests.Also helping myself with ppe for the field Dil the sales associate was a great help

I walked in with an odd job not sure if Brofasco would be able to help. I had a stripped screw on my skateboard which was a pretty hard screw to find. They were very helpful in getting the screw out and assisting me with further guidance!

Amazing place..You never know of such suppliers until you are in need of something you can't find anywhere else. ... I needed to re define a shower door ball bearing as I had one that broke. The company I purchased the shower doors from closed. The maker of the bearings was also closed. My option was to figure something out rather than spending an excessive amount of $$ for new shower doors, as mine are still like new.. Between HD Supply .another Burlington company and myself, we came up with solutions. I found comparable bearings on Amazon , but needed the proper screws and other bolts. I was referred to this company by another local hardware store... The service i received from Lisa at HD Supply was outstanding. Lisa went above and beyond to assist me..took her time, and assured me we would find a way.I highly recommend HD Supply Brafasco.Thank you very much Lisa... .

When it came to hardware we had nothing but bad luck and overspending at large home improvement stores. Heading over to the team at Brafasco has made our lives so much easier and overall efficient. Big shoutout to Dil for his knowledge and understanding for the nature of our work as well as his his ability to find what we were looking for almost immediately. Instead of the loads of time we would wasted elsewhere. We look forward to using Brafasco for all upcoming projects.

Great staff , friendly and helpful. 90 % of the time what I need is stock , 5 % next day and 5 % special orders in 3 days .
