I just got off the phone with the vice principal and as a 16 year old girl. I’m trying to get Myself back in school and he told me that I needed to do online courses at another school and if I did good enough and was deemed saveable yes SAVEABLE I would possibly be allowed to go to his school. what has our education system come to? All I want is to do school im dyslexic and struggle with online and that doesn’t matter to them!This is absolutely ridiculous. If I do good enough online I can go to there school, when they know I cannot do online they are setting me up for failure the school district needs help. The other school I can go to I’ve had my life threatened at I feel genuinely unsafe there and with the people and the vp told me that if I wanted too move schools it needed to be a extremely good reason is my life being threatened not a good enough reason for you! I’m telling you as a 16 year old girl I just want to learn and feel safe and that’s too much to ask

I really enjoyed my time here at FHCI. Student council was excellent. I had a great experience with a lot of teachers here; very engaging and caring. They also helped me with my preparation for post-secondary! I will never forget the memories I made here.

You shouldn't say a child there has covid without proof . Yesterday was a mess with my friend and her kid. Unreal , dont confined a child to not use a bathroom bc you think that child has covid. Than you had to change him bc tour in the wrong . Where was the temperature machine to check . Right you didn't have one in the class . I hope my friend kid comes back and throws in ur face no covid . Than your all going to be sorry. Be prepared ..

My kid goes for swimming lessons here. They have a pool just for kids. The staff are friendly.

I can say, as a possibly returning 5th year student, it is one of the better high schools in the Waterloo Region. The board itself could be better, but the school was built well and is maintained nicely, and has nice staff.
