New location has less patients and less waiting time. Doctor Cheng was friendly and professional. He provided every advice I can use. He speaks Mandarin well and I heard he could speak Cantonese and French as well. I would recommend him to my friends for sure.

Very bad and rude. I booked the appointment, his receptionists asked me wait for three days, then that day, I need to wait form 10am-1pm. If in three hour, missing the phone, than I need to re-book again. Talked to me for less than a minute and told me I needed another appointment to talk about another issue. After hang up the phone right away. Unprofessional and no empathy like a family doctor should have. every time, to see him, he is like rush & impatient. less than 1 minute. never have Doctor like him.

Dr. CHENG is very polite and nice. However his receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. They're very unhelpful when they pick up the phone or they don't pick up at all. I've seen the way they interact with other people in person and I can see customers are also very annoyed with their attitude.

Dr. Hang Cheng is very friendly and professional.However, one of the receptionists is very rude and impatient, whether talking on the phone or in person with the patient. Her attitude makes the patient very unhappy.

I normally don't give negative reviews. However this clinic should receive 0 stars if possible. No compassion no followup no professionalism. People are miserable here and they don't care about you. I would suggest another clinic entirely. The only reason I used them is because I lived close by

Dr. Cheng has good attitude, but it seems that he’s too busy to follow up, and as a patient, I have to call back to confirm if the lab test result has been received by the doctor. The receptionist is super terrible and leaves me horrible impression, not only hard to reach by phone, but also has poor attitude, especially the one speaks Cantonese and sits next to the window, with no greeting, no eye contact, impatient, impolite, and unprofessional!!!!

Like some other reviews I would also give negative stars if I could. The receptionist is just about the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in any capacity. I called to see if the doctor could see my newborn baby, after giving the requested information and a large amount of confusion and disagreeable tone she just said no doctor to see you" and hung up on me. As I'm an existing patient and needed a refill of a prescription I also needed to see the doctor myself so I had to call back. After saying I'm an existing patient and would like to see my doctor she said "no appointments for three weeks

If there was a negative star I would give them a negative star. Called this office for 3 days straight and no one answers the phone. Finally had to go there in person and the reception was super rude. When asked why her phone lines are not answered, she advised that it’s because all appointments are full and she’s too busy to answer the phone. This is not acceptable to not answer phones for 3 days and be provided this attitude when you go in person for just a med refill. Some people depend on daily medication intake to sustain their health. Very frustrated with this staff
