One of the best and cheapest places near university. Clean building and really friendly staff.Sometimes you see pets though they are supposedly not allowed.

I have been living at WCRi for two terms. I am so happy wiht my choice to move here. It's affordable, within minutes walking to UWaterloo, maintenance responds to concerns within 24 hours. The community and events set it apart! You can feel the difference from typical student housing. The facilities include study rooms, bookable space, and a gym which are all very well maintained!

The place is clean,quiet, good place to rent to stay. I would recommend this place to my friends. Heated underground parking lot. Lots of room to park.
