The best sandwich I've ever had and the girl gave me an extra pickle on the side.I've also had breakfast here. Complimentary smoked baked beans are out of this world. Immediately became my favorite place to go

The food was ok, nothing to rave about. The brisket was tough and served cold. My biggest issues was how filthy the bathroom was. Light switch looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, toilet very dirty

We stopped here on our way to our friend's cottage after reading google reviews, of which some were great, some not so great. We decided to stop in and try it out. As we pulled in, we met with the general manager our back who was tending to the massive smoker. He told us that he smokes the brisket for 15 hours. You could tell he was proud of his craft. We ordered the brisket sandwich and fries with coleslaw on the side and two 591ml pops. Cost approximately $30. They will toss the brisket in your sauce of choice if you want. I recommend doing this. We chose the maple sauce which was delightful. We added purple onion tomato and lettuce. The sandwich was delicious. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the fries which were crispy and he was happy that they had malt vinegar. We shared the meal just so we didn't show up to the cottage hungry and it was a good amount for the two of us. The staff was kind enough to cut the sandwich in 2 and serve it, and the fries, on 2 separate plates. We passed through on a Monday at about 1:45 and there was one customer ahead of us and a few came after us. We were served in a reasonable amount of time and staff was friendly and competent. There were no issues with cleanliness. There is a nice patio if you like to eat outside. We would recommend and return if we pass through again..better than Weber's and didn't have to stand in a long line. Thank you for the yummy lunch!

Was craving some poutine and stumbled across this. Ended up getting more than just the poutine, got some perogies and smoked beans. Was too hungry to take pictures of the food. But portions and pricing were great and tons of flavor.

Stopped by for breakfast on my way through town. The breakfast was reasonably priced and tasty, very friendly service and a nice clean washroom. You definitely get your moneys worth.

They really have troubles with eggs sunny-side up. I had a discussion in -extenso with the person who took my order - yolk runny, white done. I get the food - white is still snot. I say I do not like it so the kid manning the pan flips them over. All he had to do is put 1-2 spoons of hot oil - but I am not about to teach them how to make a breakfast that costs me over 19$ (2.45$ or so tip although one has to grab the food from the counter). No attempt to fix the problem - just blank stares suggesting that they are not getting that I do not want a raw egg.

Hands down the best fish and chips I have EVER had. It was so light and airy with the best crispy coating. I recommend this place 100%. Definitely give it a try if you're in the area.

Good food made well. Bit of a wait, especially if it's busy, so order ahead if you're on lunch break. Staff are friendly. The atmosphere is a little spartan but diner-esque. Lots of parking.

We had a lovely breakfast here today and we almost didn't as per Google it was closed at 9:30am on Sunday, but actually they were open as we saw the sign passing by!They did the best Sunny Egg and super crispy Bacon! The owner and host were very nice and professional.I definitely recommend this place.

Disappointed.Went for breakfast. Had the breakfast platter.Food was nothing to wrote home about. The sausage tasted a little weird, like it's been in the freezer for too long.Lots of burned bits of char from the grill on eggs, sausage and home fries (see photos). They need to clean the grill/griddle.This is a cafeteria style place, you order your food, pay and pick it up yourself. Condiments are in takeout packs. Paper coffee cups.I wouldn't have tipped if I had seen the food before I paid.
