Purchased a 1575 lawnmower used from Deerhaven. Marvin picked it up and delivered it. Purchased a stereo after the fact for inside the cab. Again Marvin brought it down and home when it was completed. The service department did an excellent job. More than happy with my purchase through Marvin and the service after the fact! In May of 2020 I purchased a new 1025 subcompact at Deerehaven with four attachments, no small purchase. This also included to have the tires loaded when delivered to me. I recently discovered that the tires were not loaded. At the time of purchase it was agreed and bill for the tires to be loaded with beet juice and not calcium chloride. I contacted the sales manager at the end of March. He pulled up his service report and agreed that it was not done but would contact the “tire guy” and facilitate the work. The tires to be loaded with a new product Agrilin in lieu of beet juice. Since then I’ve left 3 messages with the sales manager and not one call back, always goes to VM. It’s been 9 weeks! I love my subcompact tractor. I have purchased all my parts and fluids at Deerehaven and found the parts counter personnel friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and always fully stocked. Even when buying any Stihl products. I am extremely frustrated and short of driving the hour and a half to talk to the Sales manager personally I don’t know what to do.

A couple of years back, Marvin offered the wife and I an outstanding deal on a new Z915e Zero Turn. We took it. It's been an amazing machine, and has cut the time to mow our +/-3ac yard from over 3hrs (using an inferior, and wildly inaccurately named Toro Time-cutter"!) to under 2hrs each time. Fast forward to this morning

I have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with Deerhaven from purchasing my tractor to routine service. Marvin goes out of his way to please his customers and is, by far, the best salesman around. I couldn’t be happier and will continue to recommend Deerhaven to friends and family.

I took my 2018 razor here where it was purchased to be repaired under warranty and they told me the warranty would not cover the work aside from me having an extended 5 year warranty on the machine I decided to get the work done against my better judgment and by the time I was finished I paid a total of $2900 After 6 months had gone by I had the same clutch problem again I brought it back to them and they would not warranty anything I was told it would cost me $2000 to replace the clutches plus labor and taxI then took it out of their shop and brought it somewhere else and it turned out the clutch was able to be rebuilt and the cost of the work parts and taxes everything altogether wound up being $1500 if you're thinking about getting any service done at this place please be advised that they will rake you over the Kohl's At any opportunity it's in your best interest to do your research and go somewhere else

Today was our 2nd time visiting this location. Everyone is So friendly. Jenn helped us select the Stihl tools we needed, and John helped us purchase our first tractor. YaaaaayBtw it is always great to see all the lovely dogs

Where to begin. Deerhaven and its staff, especially Ken have to be the absolute best Polaris Dealers in Ontario hands down. They are always very helpful, go above and beyond for their customers and treat anyone like family. The service they have provided us is amazing and we recommend them to everyone we know. if you are looking for anything Polaris or John Deere related make sure you call Deerhaven, you will not be disapointed!
