Security rudely said not accepting passport as an identification!! Really ? Passport ? Which is valid worldwide in any country and everywhere. This guys don’t want passport ? Me nd My friend tried to go where my friend is just a tourist for few days what is she supposed to do ? Tourist only have passport for identification and she was 25.

Yesterday we were there for halloween party , we were 12 people and booked the table for $400. Staff was so rude, overcrowded place. You can not go out for smoke , if you go out than you have to further stand in line to get entry even if you booked the table service. We paid even entry fees $10/person. Staff pushed my friends when they were entering in the place. No safety. Overall experience is not good. There are other club in Windsor to go. We would not go again there.

Great music, greatly priced drinks. The security is top notch always so kind. Very professional staff they always make me feel welcome, definitely a place to stop by if you’re in windsor looking for a club experience. 5 stars all around !!!

Awesome venue! Cool decor and good drinks/music, and the VIP area is perfect for private events. The owner and staff were very accommodating and nice, definitely a must-go in Windsor!

The bartenders were very rude and unfair. This club could be a nice place to go out, but with a staff like that, you will not only give customers a bad experience, but this also causes them to not come back again. Work it out.To the girl who worked at the cloakroom, thank you for being the ONLY friendly face working there.

Lol wouldn’t open the dance floor at 11:30 pm unless they had 150 people inside?? Where do you want my friends and I to dance ? The bathtub ??? Pay $10 to get in with no dance floor..

I don’t know how many of people specially boys face a situation at this place as the security gard at front didn’t even check our ID and he was rude to us, telling us that its 100$ entry fee and all. But there were some girls in front of us he just let them in and didn’t tell them about entry fee and all. Basically I feel that he is so racist toward Indians Specially Boys .So please guys Don’t visit this place ever.
