I met with Lydia at Village Green mall in Vernon, B. C., to look into a new phone and the best over all plan etc.Lydia was FANTASTIC!!She very efficiently looked into my average usage and details then quickly came up with a very satisfying plan that is perfect for me.She was very knowledgeable, attentive and efficient with setting up my new device and me with a new phone, a better plan and an incredible price!!!!!WOW!If only all retail experiences were this great !Thank you VERY much Lydia, you're excellent!

Lydia helped me say goodbye to my I phone 6 today. Her clear and repeated instructions were given at my pace lol! Step by step. She helped sync my new watch as well.
