Pizza Hut Burnaby

BE CAREFUL when you pay the delivery guy because the same guy that is African of some sort each time has added an extra $10 or more by switching the numbers around and we have caught him 3 times and the third time was the last … we were hoping it was an honest mistake but not 3 times with the same delivery guy and a middle Easter guy did the same thing quite awhile ago so I have to wonder if the store owner has some type of scam going? I will report this to the head office as I think this is pretty serious since we trust them to be honest. The pizza comes so greasy on most occasions and the bbq pizza seems to be awesome one time and the next missing most of the toppings … the chicken pieces come with some that are so small that they look to be half of one of the bites.

This has got to be the best pizza hut we've been to. We've ordered twice now and both times were excellent. The pizzas here are less greasy than other pizza hut locations. Toppings are good and lots of cheese. Definitely our new go to for pizza hut.

Ordered the triple treat box and was reminded why I don't order from there anymore. Boneless bites had sauce splashed on a few of them, but it seems the person wanted the hot sauce on the cinnamon bun treats instead. That ruined the treats...pizza was mediocre. Take a pass on this folks. If they can't even care enough to put sauce on chicken nuggets, but put it on cinnamon buns instead, you can see how much they care.

Told me for a small pizza 15 minutes I waited for the 15, then he told me another 5-6 minutes and that he would give me a medium for the wait the. I waited another 10 minutes, for him to tell me that he has t even started making the pizza and that he would be a few more minutes such a lack of respect for the customers time!

Completely personal opinion but, their lizza is very thick and oily and not the best in flavour, although they have other menu items that make up for the pizza, and they have good deals from time to time. The workers are usually amazing but sometime can be ignorant, so with a mix of pros and cons, i rate Pizza Hut a 3 star!

One star is one star too many!!!Worst pizza I've ever eaten in my 68 years living in the Vancouver area.My 12 inch Super Supreme cost over $25 and it was mostly all greasy pizza bread with a meager splash of pizza sauce and the skimpiest amount of cheese and toppings which were sparse and tiny...What a terrible disappointment.My wife and I were quite hungry, even so we ended up tossing a large portion of the pieces in the garbage as we didn't want to fill up on nasty, greasy pizza bread...I can't over emphasize how bad and how much of a ripoff this was.Do yourselves a favor and go anywhere else as it can not be worse that pizza-hut's gross pizza.

Food is too greasy. Does not fit well with me. Every few mins of walking. I had to take a tums to settle my stomach.

This is a very convenient location if you live around the are. The place is clean and quiet. It is perfect for order pick up as there is only a few seats available for a quick dine in. I love their personal size pizza and pop for a quick lunch. The staff here are polite and efficient.

It’s good. Generous amount of cheese, I never request extra cheese and it’s always more than enough. I like their cookie pizza too. The dough is thick and fluffy, very soft. I would prefer less greasy.

Horrible Had to wait 45 minutes for it, despite nobody placing an order beforehand, and it's crust was very dry and they did their best to save on toppings, barely covering the pizza at all. Will never go again
