The best outdoor goods store in PEI

I haven’t yet bought my third kayak — I’ve had two for twenty years and need a replacement — but the sales assistant was more than knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I’ve made my choice.

Nice store with a huge assortment of premium brand outdoor and active products. High end brands such as Patagonia, The North Face, Tilley SmartWool. Somewhat limited in size selection.

Wonderful, modern store. Lots of fresh, current merchandise throughout the store laid out in an easy to find way. Really friendly service but not overbearing but easily available to help or answer any questions. Tons of parking out front. Enjoyed my visit & made a purchase and will definitely be back.

This shop has an incredible assortment of quality goods from every manufacturer imaginable. Picked up a new Arc'teryx Delta sweater, Fjallraven T-shirt, and Nikwax for my boots.

VERY disappointed with the customer service. I received a Christmas gift from my son of a pair glerlups. He had picked the brand, style and colour thoughtfully with me in mind but unfortunately because of sizing conversion it was one size too small. I attempted to exchange them but my required size was not available and was told it couldn’t be ordered in until possibly September! I was told I could not get a refund ( I had original receipt) only a store credit so I would have to use my own funds to obtain the original gift. There was another style (not my preferred style) in my size so I reluctantly took that style and then was charged an additional $10 for the style difference. In a nutshell I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store unless your were 100% sure you would never need to return it.

I was there with my husband and the young man upstairs was working with another man. The whole time I was shopping around for a peddle kayak. He did not even say hi or ask us if we needed anything. He did not acknowledge us there at all Not sure why??

Excellent variety of outdoor activity supplies. They also usually have one of the best selections of Yeti products.
