Great experience, would rate 10/10 stars if it was possible. As a young woman I'm often worried that car companies will take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars but I feel confident coming here. The owner is very kind and his son is cute so that's a bonus!

Extremely pleased with the incredibly priced brand new bumper I bought off them. I was worried I'd be paying between 3-600. They billed 90 dollars. Love these guys. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for auto parts. Excellent service every time

Good guys, straightforward and no BS. I bought a couple of parts for my Honda civic's cruise control, good price and worked fine. They also tested a pump i got at Kenny U-pull to see if it works, that save me a few hundred. They are definitely worth a call if you need something.

By far the most reliable service you can get in the city. The owner, Billy, knows his stuff inside and out and find parts for your car that other people can't seem to find. ALWAYS the best pricing. I highly recommend ANY to everyone.

We thought our old car was too expensive to repair (by another mechanic) and called A16 to try and sell it for parts. Found out they also do repairs and A16 were able to find the parts needed and repaired our old car at a very fair price! Thank you to Billy and your staff for your excellent customer service.

I went to A 16 without an appointment to have my winter tires and rims switched for my summer tires and rims. They were able to complete the job right away. They were friendly and the cost was $40 tax included which I consider to be a great deal! I will return for this service again!

Unfortunely, Billy is the most dishonest person you can meet or do business with. I took my car into get my muffler fixed with my own parts supplied. He agreed to fix it and charge his rate of $120+. It costed me $255 for his mechanic to weld a piece on to my broken pipe only to have it fall off completely while driving on the 417 a month after!!! Instead of being honest to a customer when inspecting a vehicle to give a truthful opinion if my muffler should actually be fixed or replaced he goes ahead and fixes it. He knew very well that it wouldn't solve my issue in the long term. I would never recommend to fix your car at this place because if you don't know anything about cars he will find a way rip you off & leave you be with the same issue you started with originally.

Was searching for a garage to safety my car as I was selling it. I already knew I had to replace my driver's side powered mirror and had pricing of 300.00 from a dealer and 190.00 from another parts store, A 16's price was 80.00 and only 30.00 to install instead of 60.00. Safety was 80.00 where everyone else was 120.00 and up! I did end up spending almost 1k in the end but I know it would have cost way more elsewhere! I was so happy with the friendly service that I brought my newsed car there to be safetied too! These are my car guys now!
