Helpful staff in choosing a quality pair of boots. Understanding of needs and requirements of an individuals job or style. Then staff make helpful suggestions from a variety of styles task designed boots. Note some boots are pricey but quality is at a price. However, some styles are resoleable. Giving extra life to a well broken in pair of boots. Ask staff. Check them out!

OMG horrible product. My Red Wing steel toe shoes completely deformed after two moths of light ware. The Clerk kept insisting that I should have had special orthopaedic insoles and it was not the product. Even after I told him that I wore it since day one of purchasing their junk. I repeated myself six times, he still didn’t understand that I wore orthopaedic insole sense day one. Anyways don’t buy Red Wing shoes their quality is in the toilet. They have just lost a decade long loyal customer.

Love the products but really thought the service could be better at this location. Felt like an inconvenience to the staff when we came into purchase our boots. The grande prairie store has much better service.

I purchased 338$ redwing shoes, thinking that they would last, but after a month of wearing them, the insoles started bunching up so I went to this store and they did not honour the 1 year warranty, because I did not bring the insoles with me, sometimes you can trust people, I will never go back to this place. Redwing you let me down.

Wearing high-end, high quality footwear is subjective regarding satisfaction. Overall I am very pleased with our 4 sets of Red Wings. 2 steel toed boots, 1 athletic shoe for work and 1 casual slip on. On one boot had to work with staff to get it customized for comfort and traction (new insoles and special Vibram sole replacement).I have worn Caterpillars, Dunlops, Dakota's, and Helly Hansens and so far Red Wings work well for us. I have to wear mine 12+ hours, 6 days a week. Give the leather a couple of weeks to form to your feet. Best boots and shoes we ever had.

I was well informed on the warranty on my boots when I bought them and ended up exchanging the pair for another size after a couple weeks. I walked in right after work and they took the old pair right off my feet! The female staffer that helped me was amazing, she knew the product well and had a friendly demeanor. This place is lucky to have such wonderful staff, her service ensured I will be back in a couple years when I need a new pair of boots!

Horrible customer service. Bought $350 work boots. The stitching blew out in 5 months with light use. The hipster behind the counter argued that stitching is not covered under warranty because it is “wear and tear”.It’s an absolute disgrace for a guy who has never laced up a pair of boots and stepped on a job site, to have the balls to tell me it’s perfectly normal for a $350 pairs of boots to blow the stitching right off the toe.Buyer beware! I was not informed prior to purchasing my boots.Long story short - they have a bunch of kids running this establishment, who have no idea what “wear and tear” means.

New boot was making a funny noise. Walked in wearing them. They noticed they were lacing up alittle tight for new boots. Had me try another size/width. Walked out with the right size boots. Thanks.
