Very please with service from Dan Vano at Vaughan Chrysler. Introduced to him after several no so good years at another Fiat dealer that did not specialize in Abarth service. Dan did many mods to my car in additional to regular service. Made sure everything worked and the car is amazing! Have been asked to recommend a Fiat mechanic when people see the car and always send them to Dan. Grazie mille!

I bought my Jeep Rubicon in Feb 2022, my sales rep Albano was fantastic had a wonderful experience with him, but the reason for this review even after over a year later he goes above and beyond to help me out, he helped me with my soft top install at the dealership today and helped coordinate my hard top to be delivered to a storage unit, for me that goes a long way being I am in the Sales Business as well, you are lucky to have someone like him on your team, I will recommend him and your dealership to anyone I speak too , because customer service is number one in my eyes. I got a jeep wrangler at 2020 in a great price so i gave 2 stars but after 2 years, they fixed the cooling system and now it’s not working again.Now, i’m trying to call their customer support for 3 days and they referred me to an “advisor” and advisors did not asnwer my calls.This loop happened more than 10 times until I got tired. Even with the great support in sales, they don’t deserve to get more than 2 stars.

I'm rating the SALES REPRESENTATIVE in my review.5 Stars goes to Jake. From the minute i walked in to signing the paperwork.He was kind, understood my needs and explained everything i needed to know about the car. We are previous owners of a jeep Wrangler so wanted to stay in that family. Jake knew how important it was to make this car a surprise gift for my daughter's Post Grade Graduation.He purchased Balloons when we picked up the vehicle which was a nice gesture.In the end my daughter was surprised which was important to me. Jake you get a 5 star rating from me!I do have to mention a job well done with his assistance from Tina & Jamie. Thank you also.

By far the best dealership I’ve been to. My entire experience was incredible. I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for warranty bodywork, and they did an amazing job. Heather was amazing to deal with, she had me checked in and in a rental vehicle within 30 minutes. When I received my car back not only was the warranty job perfect but the vehicle was fully detailed inside and out. Will be taking me vehicles back here for regular service. 10/10 service, well done team!
