Sales girl at the counter is rude and not at all supportive. Ask them to bear a small smile at their face.

This store has lots of nice jeans. I got some cool styles today. The lady at the counter was very friendly and professional. Will be coming back again soon.

I love this store and this is my fault that I lost the receipt but I bought a sweater there Oct 22 followed the washing instructions to a T and my sweater has pulls and holes in it all over the hood and arms

Went shopping in here a few days ago, the store was a mess. The employees need to look like employees. They were dressed like slobs and I over heard one of them insulting a shopper under their breath. Well you chose to work here, deal with the costumers! 2 employees in the store and no one was asking anyone if they needed help, no Hello

I had a horrible experience shopping here this afternoon with my niece. The staff were rude and unhelpful pushing swiffers in front of patrons and getting mad at the patrons afterwards. They were too busy talking amongst themselves and complaining about the job to actually serve the customers in the store. Only one staff member took the time to smile and aknowledge our being in the store;kinsley. I will shop at other locations in future as this location seems to hire only lazy,dissatisfied grumps.

Worst experience ever. After buying $100+ stuff from bluenotes the manager accused us for theft. Told us you are crazy and idiots. Not showing cctv footage and just blaming us for theft. Some brands need to understand to keep nice employees. Such rude behavior from such a reputable brand is not acceptable.

Has a good collection of clothes for the price. Sales girl was really rude though. But I guess we can't expect much as they're minimum wage workers and probably tired.

Very mean employees didn’t bother to listen to the customer and started saying can’t accept a product return.Manager was rude as well never coming back to this store again.I purchased a jeans 10 days ago and threw away the receipt as I had no intentions to return it back but my friend insisted to take a photo so I had one purchase proof. just after wearing it one time I noticed a hole near the back pocket thus I washed it as it was worn and straight came to exchange the jeans at store . Employee there started arguing without even listening to me.i had to calm her down and explain the story so she calls the manager bad she was no different. Giving reasons as you purchased it on a lower price, u could have ripped it, lower price so no quality guarantee and all and didn’t care to fulfill my request of straight exchange. Very disappointed of the customer service received I left that jeans on their desk and would not recommend this store.
