I was greeted by lovely staff as my dog and I walked in. My dog is not very friendly with people and they were so accommodating towards him. Thank you!

We took our dog there for grooming for about 3 years and were happy with service until this month. The groomer cut back her hours and we showed up for our appointment and were told that they had no record of the visit. This was done with no warning at all and no apology for the mixup. They may be a good petstore but as far as groomingservices they have become very bad. The groomer is very good but store owner has no customer care

Great place and good people!!! They have my business any day !!!!! I drive 20 to 30 min each way to support this local area buissnes when I could go 5 min to pet value and I don't because the service here is great and the owner is a nice gentleman.Shop local if you can !!!

Incredibly helpful.Kind.Always a pleasure going into the store.Reliable. If we ever need certain products that are not available in the store Gary always makes sure to suggest alternatives options and if not suitable he goes out of his way to special order the products needed.We rely heavily on partnerships with other pet supply businesses and so far Gary's has been the most helpful. This is why we travel 1hr out of our way to shop at the stayner pet center.5 star from us

I really like the store but I've been told by my friends that they think 5 gallons is enough for a leopard gecko's whole life. As well as when I told him I had a betta in a 10 gal, he looked at me confused. bettas are hardy fish meaning they can survive in bad conditions or small spaces that doesn't mean they should. I kind of understand holding them in cups for moving around, just hope he gets better with sizes other then that I love the store.

Owner and staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Product pricing is reasonable and they always look into obtaining products they do not typically carry, or giving suggestions for something else that may work.
