Placed an order in early October... called mid November to check on it and no one knows anything about it. Re-ordered and then checked again end of November as item ordered we are out of... again no record of order placed.... talk about frustrating and very poor customer service...

If you are looking for a company that can support solutions vs just printing a job or producing a product, then this is is the company you should use. Josh has been a great resource and support. They are quick in turnaround time and will own up to mistakes if there are any. Like any good company, they want to learn along side you - while still being the industry experts at what they do. (they also bring humour into working relationships, which is great too).
