My experience was fantastic one of the best massages Iv had by Danielle & Iv had them all over the world by far very enjoyable.

Amazing massage! Alana gave me the best massage I have ever had. (And I've had many)We were here in Vancouver to visit a friend and decided to find a spa. Feel so lucky to have come across this one. Would highly recommend it, especially if you manage to get Alana!

Overall experience was good...technicians were good. Was disappointed that at no time, was I told about $20 charged to file off the shellac polish from the previous pedicure that my 87 year old Aunt and I had done. So an extra $40 charge to our bill....which I didn't even know about until I checked the receipt when I got home. And thought they forgot to apply a $20 gift card I had given them. I phoned them and that's when they informed me they only charged us for 1 polish removal. I think $20 is quite pricey for a 5 minute at most file service.

This place is amazing! Beautiful place. I had the fire and ice facial and highly recommend! My lady was lovely. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Best spa every. Only place I go to get my hair done and my legs waxed. The massages are so relaxing, and I would highly recommend the hot stone massage.

My Mom and I came in for two spa gel manicures this weekend for a celebratory girls day. We were extremely dissatisfied with our time and services received. It took a full hour to take my previous gel polish off with a regular nail file. In the middle of the service, the woman servicing my Mom whispered something was wrong with the nail curing lights. My Mom’s nails were sticky and tacky like glue after the top coat went on. After all, my nails were the same after top coat. My gel literally melted off when she went to rub lotion on my hands. Gel polish got on my clothing. After 2 hours we spent in the salon, Mom walked out with horrible, tacky gel nails (eventually we went home and removed them. They rubbed off with a paper towel) and I walked out with no gel, and overly sanded down nails that were very rough from the nail file.The counter employee still charged us $80 and we tipped $20. We were so disappointed with the services we received, being charged and for our time.We have tried to call the salon for additional customer service and have received no response.

I cannot express how pleased I am to have found my new hairdresser at European day spa. Laleh is the stylist I was lucky enough to have obtained an appointment with. She is so helpful with tips for my hair and I always come out after having my hair done feeling so good. Her kindness and compassion have been such a blessing. I am always getting so many compliments on my hair after Laleh has worked her magic on it. I can't thank you enough Laleh. The salon is lucky to have you as one of their stylists The spa area has a very nice ambiance and the staff have have always been very pleasant ant professional. I would definitely recommend European day spa hair salon.

I was recently treated to a manicure, pedicure and facial by a dear friend. I have to admit facials are sublime!! I loved every minute, it was incredibly relaxing and the person who did mine was amazing! The pedicure was equally wonderful. I love the chair massage to go with the foot massage!! The only thing I was not thrilled with was the manicure, no fault to the provider, just not my thing. Over all the three of us thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will be back again!! Next time it will be facials and massage!!! Thank you so much for such a lovely afternoon.

I went to European Day Spa in Abbotsford for a relaxing facial and eye brow waxing. The staff are absolutely wonderful and welcoming. The facial was super relaxing and the woman recommended some great new products for my skin. I’ll definitely be back.
