I usually only order iced drinks but this place does a good job with my order usually. The last time I ordered from here they really made a mess of the container and I was at the kiosk wiping mess constantly before leaving. I told my wife that usually Starbucks doesn't give us drinks like this, that's something I'd expect from a fast food chain. Either way, I've usually had pleasant experiences with this location.

I ordered a Venti iced coffee with 3 pumps of Toffee nut and 2 sf vanilla with a splash of 1/2 and 1/2. I received the above with 1/2 cream. I asked them to remake it and 2nd time I received the splash of cream but no syrup! Would have requested a 3rd attempt but would have been late for work.

You guys looked to be going through hell on a super busy sunday after noon while also experiencing mobile ordering issues. It cant be easy to have 20+ people waiting watching you for their coffee. Thankfully most everyone showed patience. All staff on today were doing great but Rita you were absolutely wonderful and excelled in handling an obviously very stressful situation. I hope people continue to be kind to you all :)

Placed a mobile order for a iced Americano with Irish cream and came in about 11 minutes later and then sat around for another 20 minutes waiting for my order. I went up asking and was told “we are busy” fair enough. But over a 30 minute wait for a single drink? When I finally got it it was a black americano and had to ask for the cold foam which was treated like an inconvenience. I understand things get busy and a bit behind but this was ridiculous

Super great service off the jump went in for the first time today. The girl at the till was lovely and my drank was made perfectly. Will definitely be doing back!

I usually go to the Starbucks near Uptown but I had a great experience at this location. I stopped in on my break and was on a time crunch, thankfully the baristas were super fast! I’m a little specific with my cup of joe, but Maddie made my drink exactly how I like it! She was super welcoming and kind. This will definitely be my new go to spot!!

Our venti iced coffees took 10 minutes to make and we were the only ones in the store. I watched one of the staff members make themselves a drink before making ours. They were all chatting and making no effort to be timely with our order. After all that they were rude and gave us a coffee that was 80% oat milk, 20% coffee. Won’t be returning here.

The space is relatively small, with four (4) small 2-person tables as well as some additional outdoor seating. Two of the tables are right next to power outlets, and the WiFi is great, so if you need to do some work on a laptop it's a nice spot if there's available tables. I was there from 11:00 am - 2:15 pm on a Monday and the only time that all the indoor seating was occupied was right at the beginning after I arrived, but by the time I received my order a couple spots had opened up.

I’m sorry to have to do this, but lately I’m disappointed with this location. I order the chestnut praline latte religiously when it’s available over the holiday season… and so far this year I’ve received either no topping at all, or the most pathetic squirt of whipped cream all sunken in the middle. Did the staff suddenly forget how to make the drink?
