I'm a teacher who occasionally needs to get dry ice for classroom experiments. Linde has been great supplying small quantities (10lbs) of ice for the class room. Hours are great so I can stop by before school starts. Service is quick and friendly!

I had been dealing with Linde Canada In Vancouver( formerly Praxair ) for years. Generally, I was a happy customer. The location was close to my business so exchanging tanks was easy.However, I wasn't paying attention to the invoicing and somehow i was being charged for two 50 pounds tank rentals since October 2020 due to an employee error. It was put into their system that i had picked up two, when we only have ever exchanged one tank for another.As a small business owner who has her hands full during the pandemic, the double charge slipped past me, and one of the employees informed me I was being charged for two tanks for nearly a year. She had sent out the details to head office to look into what happened and to get a refund. It took MONTHS for them to get back to me. I had called and followed up several times. Finally i got a call back letting me know that i would get the credit for the overcharge backdated but only for 3 months ( the over charge was for almost and entire year.). I was not satisfied for this, and i had argued that it would only be right for them to reverse all of the over charges. I was a long time customer and did business with them regularly. I never heard back from them again. I have recently stopped using their services and switched to Messer Gas. Their pricing is a lot better for tank rentals.

Loved it they walked me through all dry ice safety and they showed the right amount for my project they even showed how it looks like when you mix dry ice and water.

Re: Ryul Kwon review , Reading your review I was schocked. With all due respect I am at Praxair on Clark drive in Vancouver a minimum of 3 times a week for the past 4.5 years. My expeirece with ALL the staff and managment has been nothing but friendly and helpful.Ryul, in closing, if at your business you fire people like the girl in the office at praxair. please have them contact me I wouild hire her in a split second.

There was a reason we stopped using Linde and went to Praxair... and now it seems we are stuck with them.. 3 weeks. For 3 weeks excuses and empty promises but no tank fill for our LOX.. $1,000,000 of fish waiting for Linde to eventually get around to doing something about it... not impressed.

Every ones are so friendly and knowledgeable. However the reception lady, I would fire het if she works for me for sure. I can’t give 5stars because she was really terrible. I hope she treat me better next time than I will change my review

Bought some dry ice there recently, which I have done before. They had very good coVid safety protocols in place. Service was prompt. Parking was available in their lot.

If you absolutely have to get gas, this is the place. Seriously though they sell nitrogen tanks, which I've needed for R&D work. They're a solid vendor.

Staff is great. Especially John. Gave me money back even when I paid to much one time. Great business

Praxair has good service and reliably delivers liquid nitrogen and dry ice to my business. Although the customer service at times may not be as good as it can be, their prices are good and they show up and do the job. I would recommend them to others, especially when you need dry ice for a reasonable price. At Halloween - create a scary scene!
