I will admit a bias, since I've been going here for sometime. I did get cuts here as a kid, then moved away, and I have been going since I moved back. Guys are great, service is great, my hair looks exactly the way I pictured it. I am also a person who knows exactly how he wants his hair and I have been doing it the same way for a while, so I can't speak to custom or special cuts, but when I ask him to go low on the top and fade it into the facial hair, Pete does it right. Oddly enough, that's a difficult ask at many other places I've been to. If you need a solid and consistent cut, this is your place.

Second time here, First time I had a very hard time to give the barber instruction to get the outcome I wanted. Decided to give it one more try. And unfortunately, this time was even worse!Same guy cut my hair again, and the haircut was rushed. The two sides on the top not cut even. The outcome looks just as terrible as it looked like I cut the hair myself, probably even better if I do it myself. That guy was continuously distracted by the TV or other customers.To be honest, the barber was a nice guy to chat with, but I'm coming here to get a proper haircut not a 15 mins chit-chat section.Yes, this place is slightly cheaper than other places in town, but please, at least take your time and do a better job!

The guy didnt listen to what I wanted. then starts talking about how hes got the expertise. he ends up cutting way more than I wanted off the top and leaving way more than I wanted on the sides. both times I went there the cut was uneven. way shorter on the top left than the rest of the top. and the guy was so annoying I didnt even want to deal with him so i just let him do what he wanted to do. I only went there because my other barber shop was booked up and I couldnt wait another week for a cut. I pay more at the other place but its totally worth it. Not going back.If the one haircut this guy knows how to do suits you then go ahead and go to him. if you want a personal cut then spend the extra money and go somewhere else. to be fair I had the same guy both times so i cant speak for anyone else who works there.

A 15 mins haircut costs me $25. This place is the worse in the neighbourhood. The barber just doesn't listen to what I want. Better go to other places even for a little more.Will never come back here again!

The guys have been around for a long time as Niagara Falls has a community of many small family owned and run businesses. The haircut was rushed and I had asked for a shave which wasn't provided even though there was plenty of time before closing.

I have been getting my hair cut here by Michael and his stylists for around 45 years, since my first cut. The only place I trust. Even when I lived out of town. My son also came in from out of town when he wasn't in the Falls. I recommend Michael's to any man. And if you don't like the way the cut is looking, speak up. They are barbers not mind readers.
