I originally booked, and dealt with the call centre. Don’t underestimate their ability to screw things up.Luckily, Carol at the Windermere facility was able to get us back on track and was very pleasant to deal with.

A bargain for storageWhen we first moved here from Calgary we rented lockers to store our lives and tools. Super safe facilityAmazing staffHeated lockersAlmost daily snow and ice removal in winterOnly cons are my light burnt out in my unit and I kept forgetting to ask for oneAnd eaves troughs.....rain and melting snow dripping down my neck while I try to lock or unlock our unitsHighly recommended

I have always been treated with respect and kindness from the moment I walk into the establishment. Tracey, the manager, goes out of her way every time to help me with all my questions and/or concerns. The rates are very reasonable. All the staff are very friendly and efficient, and the place is always clean and well taken care of. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my storage needs!

From selecting boxes, giving us moving tips to finding us the perfect storage spot for our cargo hauler and also finding a nice and clean storage unit.With their smiles and expertise they really took lots of stress away. My experience at the Windermere Sentinel Storage was amazing! The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and explain in great deal on how it all works. The yard and storage areas were super clean and organized. Great experience, and a reasonable monthly rate. I recommend renting units from them!
