TechTown Dentistry is absolutely a 5/5. The front-office staff are always friendly, professional and easy to work with. The dental team is also incredible. From a detailed new patient intake process to consistently stellar cleanings that put my 4yo (and myself!) at ease.If you're new to the area or considering a new dentist, I would highly recommend that you explore TechTown Dentistry.

No one likes going to the dentist right? However my experience over the years with Tech Town Dentistry has been a very positive one. Everyone is smiling and courteous all the time. They explain each procedure so you are not surprised. I have only ever experienced a little pinch for the needle, and after that its smooth sailing. I would recommend them to everyone

TechTown would be 5 stars if it wasn't for their reception team. Originally I was told through email that both my comprehensive exam & cleaning were booked back-to-back on the same day. I later received an email saying that there was a cancellation after my exam and that I would be seen for a cleaning (which was supposed to be already booked). On the day of my exam, the TechTown team explained that no cleaning was booked for me and that I would have to come back another day. Not only that, but Carli on the reception team blamed the mishap on me and explained that my cleaning spot had been filled by someone else as I had not replied to the email she sent. Not once in that email was there any indication that my apt time might be filled with another patient (this apt time will be held for 24hrs" or "please confirm this time works for you"). The reception team is unorganized and unable to do simple tasks such as communicate properly by email or add correct information onto a patient's file (my apt confirmation was sent to my fathers phone number?). The staff at TechTown Dentistry are amazing. I'm greeted kindly by reception when I walk in. The hygienists are cheerful. The dentists are thorough. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

I recently visited TechTown Dentistry with great anxiety. I am not a person who enjoys the dentist. The staff were friendly, understanding, caring, and gentle. They reassured me throughout the process and accommodated me and my concerns. Lovely office, amazing staff, clean, and the massage chairs were a nice surprise. Dr. Tim Sellner and his exceptional team are the best of the best. They make going to the dentist fun! Their professionalism, attention to detail, humour and overall attentiveness to their patients is like none other. From the front desk to the dentist chair, the service is outstanding!

I am very happy with the service. Choosing a good dentistry is difficult. I did my due diligence and found out TechTown is the place to go. Staff are friendly and thorough.
