DeepSea Fish Market

I’ve been coming here for 20yrs but will be looking for another fish market. Pricing has gotten out of control since new owners took over, we have no tolerance for greed.

Came to this place in google map says open on Sunday but they closed on Sunday, they should provide right information to the customer, so we don’t waste our time

DeepSea Owner, we appreciate the time and effort you have taken to respond to our concerns. I could not find how to directly reply to your recent comments through Google reviews so I will do it via this new posting. My original review comments regarding price increases were fact based, not feeling based as you mentioned. We have no issues with businesses maintaining reasonable profit margins otherwise there would be no incentive to start or run a business. It has become far too trendy these days for many businesses to hide behind the inflation" excuse thus justifying continued price increases so that margins could quietly bloat to excessive levels. If other customers feel that current DeepSea prices are 'reasonable' maybe that's because they are only comparing prices to other fish stores and not comparing them to DeepSea's historical pricing. Not withstanding the above comments I will say that for both previous and current ownership the quality of fish and service provided have been very good

Only one comment. I have been going to Deep Sea for years before the change in ownership. The new guys are great but I miss the previous owners The previous owners usually ask how thick I wanted the king fish steaks, these guys pay attention to that detail and it was cut too thick for my likeness. On the positive side, they always have a wide assortment of fish and always fresh. They also have a frozen section with shrimp and crab legs, etc. The Trinidad red snapper is always a favorite of mine and smelt when in season. The staff is very friendly, and I get to practice my Spanish. Muchas gracias.

If you're a Carribean or Pilipino this place has the fish you know. Quality and selection really nice

The owners were great, the fish is fresh, prices are good for the quality, the staff is friendly...My fish could have been cleaned better. One of the reasons they did not get a higher rating. I would revisit them to see if they improve on this

Call them and Order 24 fish for barbecue I was having got there they prepared the fish for me clean and pack them up for me, when I got home with the fish I did notice some of them were very soft in their flesh like they were starting to spoil when I put them in lime and water . Overall though their customer service is 100% and I would recommend them their prices is reasonable. And I've purchased from them before without this problem. And in all fairness I haven't had my barbecue yet to see how the fish holds up

Great variety of fishes and freshness is there. Has good hours in the week for me to go too.
