I’ve had a wonderful experience with Pace Pharmacy. Great communication. Keep in mind that you do have allow for more time when ordering compounded products compared to a simple refill.

Excellent staff with very good communication skills. It was my first time there and I was nervous about picking up my prescription. The lady that served me was kind and she explained all details, of the prescriotion, that I should be aware of. It was the best experience I've ever had at a pharmacy that fills prescriptions.

Though not my local pharmacy, when in a pinch to locate a discontinued medication. A friend recommended trying Pace. Pace not only worked with me to figure out an alternative and revise the script with the doctor, they also, in the end were amazing and sent all the information to my local pharmacy to fulfill. Above and beyond! PACE OPEN A SCARBOROUGH LOCATION :) Just amazing service and response.

Pace Pharmacy has been a huge help to me since I was diagnosed with a rare condition in 2017. I live in Halifax NS and needed specialized pharmaceuticals that I could not obtain in Atlantic Canada, but I found Pace Pharmacy in Toronto and they are *outstanding* in their customer service and in their ability to get the medications I need. I have been relying on Pace Pharmacy since 2018 and they are a first class operation. They have worked closely with my medical insurance provider, drug companies and my doctor to enable me to have access to the prescriptions I need. They deliver their medications all over Canada via Canadian courier companies. It takes usually two business days or less for me to receive a prescription after I call them. I highly recommend this company!

This place deserves way more praise, there are really no other pharmacies out there that provide the same level of quality and care. They make refilling your prescription incredibly easy, and they'll deliver it to you in a timely manner. The convenience cannot be understated. It's independently owned and operated; supporting local has never been more justifiable in my opinion, especially when that business provides a better service than the big players. Thank you Pace for making my life a heck of a lot easier!

Had the awesome experience of dealing with this business during the “pandemic”. They filled my prescription like true ethical professionals, which is rare in the health field these days.

I just went in to get change for my GreenP parking and ended up buying something. The pharmacy appeared to be clean and organized. The staff was quite friendly.

I was traveling from the US and needed antibiotics. Everyone in the pharmacy was so kind and helpful! I wish they were my regular pharmacy!
