Great demo place to try out most of their premium mattresses.I’m not impressed with their lack of promises. I was assured that the floor model that was in the back (which I exchanged with) was going to have the front cover replaced to brand new, but that was a blunt lie. The cover was washed and placed back on. It came with hair on it and all sorts of lints. I just noticed, not impressed.Beware of their up selling… the mattress turned out to be a lemon, now I’m stuck w it!

My husband and I along with our little kids walked into Sleep Country not planning to buy anything and also unsure of how mattress browsing would go with our kids. Long story short, Rhonda was an ANGEL! She was able to find us a jaw dropping deal on the perfect mattress and kept our kids entertained and happy while we tried different mattresses. She made the entire experience so enjoyable and again…. the deal she found for us was incredible! Rhonda was so kind, informative, helpful, and a true God-send. Could not recommend this location of Sleep Country enough. The store itself was clean and relaxing… the process smooth and surprisingly enjoyable (plus you can’t beat the deal we got)….

Had a very good experience here with Owen helping us. We were given a chill experience with all of the info we wanted and all the space we needed to try the mattresses, discuss on our own, and make a decision without being pushed in any one direction. Very helpful and amiable without over the top sales personality.

John Newmeyer at the store in Abbotsford was an excellent salesperson. From the time I walked in he was helpful but not pushy. He allowed me to try different mattresses and helped me with my desicion by elimination. I am very please with his service. Found the right mattress and he was able to give us a good deal.

Worked with John over the span of a few days so we could go home a research the things he was telling us. So far everything has been beyond above board and now we’re awaiting delivery.John did us great with the price and even helped us make difficult decisions from what I truly believe was a good human perspective and not a sales perspective. I have been in sales myself for many years and watched for any of the “suggested close etc”. John was kind and honest.Rest assured (heh heh. Excellent customer service !! We bought an adjustable bed from your store . When I first went to check the beds out Simon helped me he was friendly and very helpful he provided OUTSTANDING service . Before I purchased I wanted to check other places out . I returned back to this store and Simon wasn't working that day . John helped my husband and I out he provided excellent service as well. Thank You Simon and John for the awesome service . We are very happy with our new bed . .

Outstanding customer service! We've purchased a number of beds and pillows here over the years. The sales people are very knowledgeable. I forget the name of the last guy who helped us, but he was very good. We like their deals. The quality of their beds is great! Their install people are excellent, as well. We will shop there again.
