I am very happy with the service provided by Ottawa Valley Pest Control. I had multiple wasp nests along my house and Michael and his son were able to come remove it the next day. Michael is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me the type of wasp, it's typical behavior, and their approach to removing it. Everything was taken care of quickly and courteously. I highly recommend their services.

Michael was very quick to respond to my e-mails as we discussed our wasp problem. When we met in person, he was very likable and helpful. He was very professional about his work and told us to contact him if our pest problem was not resolved after he left.His pricing is very good (especially compared to other similar companies we contacted). Been trying to get ahold of them for past Two days via email, as requested, and today by phone. No response. Website states he will respond promptly by email but nothing.I understand if he doesn't service our area, Renfrew, but at least he could respond saying he does or doesn't.Not impressed.

I emailed them about exterminating some rats. Unfortunately they only do insects, not rodents BUT they got back to me very quickly which I appreciate. I called a few other companies which have yet to respond.

I live in Ottawa and Ottawa Valley Pest Control is very mobile and prompt. If my bug problem arises in the future I'd call theses guys in minute. I wanted to sleep at night and needed the job done by someone who knew the science, environmental conditions and life cycle of the pests I had.Service was professional, prompt and the operator is highly knowledgeable about the biology of the pests he came to eradicate.I was impressed and know more about the pest issue and was glad to have finally gotten this problem dealt with.
