Need some professionalism from this company! I called to ask availability granted next day service was what I asked but the one who answered the phone started laughing at my question. Is that how a business should treat a prospective customer? Lost my business for sure! You could have simply said unfortunately we do not have availability, may I check another date for you? Need some training in customer service. So sad that nowadays customer service has just gone down the drain. No reason to laugh at me really loud Ma’am!

Tom cleaned our fireplace chimney and put a new cap on the main house chimney this morning and I was very happy with his work. He is very personable and my wife and I enjoyed talking with him on a number of subjects while he worked, Our fireplace chimney really needed work and he did an excellent job of cleaning it.By the time he finished that, it was sprinkling outside, but that didn't stop him from going up on the second story roof to install a new cap on our main chimney. Great, knowledgeable service and at a price I thought was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing chimney service.

Such a great company to work with! Tom showed up on time was very personable and respectful! He kept the work space clean and made sure to leave no trace of him being here! This is the first time I’ve owned a fireplace and he walked me through absolutely everything!! Thank you so much!!

Great company and reasonable price! We just bought a new home with a fireplace and had them come out for a sweep and cap. They were on time and I appreciated all the information the technician gave me. I plan to use them again in the future.
