What more can I say besides an awesome experience. Multiple times I have had Crystal out to clean carpets. They always do a fantastic job, always on time, but most importantly some of the nicest and most laid back people I have met. Will continue to use them hands down!

We had heard about Crystal Carpet Care from a friend - and we are VERY impressed with their work. 5 bedrooms, 2 hallways, 2 sets of stairs, a living room, a kitchen and 1 walk-in closet . . . all done in about 90-minutes. They were VERY professional - and yet, very honest about how we could make our carpets last longer (no - they didn't sell us on unnecessary products or additional cleanings - they shared advice on how we treat our carpet). Would highly recommend this company. Much cheaper and not as salesy" as those other larger places we've used in the past. HIGHLY recommend."

Crystal Carpet is amazing! As our vendor the team delivers prompt, efficient and excellent customer service. Tony is the best, he’ll update you on any apartment clean he enters and gives great recommendations. Taryn is so sweet and super efficient with scheduling. I highly recommend choosing them for your apartment turn and occupied needs.

Friendly and fast service. Reasonable pricing. The smell from our dog is not gone from the room, however.Update 11/8/22:I'm extremely impressed now. The day after making this review I was contacted by Crystal carpet care. The representative wanted to understand what may have happened. He was very friendly, and ernestly wanted to make it right for this customer. They have since scheduled an additional cleaning to address the dog soiled areas. I'm changing my review to reflect the excellent customer service!

Tony and Taryn from Crystal Carpet Care was amazing! They managed to squeeze me in with very little notice, with what initially was upholstery cleaning for three pieces of furniture. However, upon their prompt arrival, I asked if they could possibly take care of carpet and stairs and they did it with no problem. My furniture, floors, and stairs look great. YOU GUYS ROCK!!

Taryn and Tony are fantastic to work with! They handle emergencies quickly with great care, and handle short notice cleanings without a complaint. We are so lucky to be able to call on them day or night!
