I rec’d a call to confirm appt. for my mother. After conformation I started to ask question & receptionist said Thankyou over me so I again started to speak & she said Thankyou and HUNG UP on me. That is so rude. We have just purchased new hearing aids for $3760 and will be rethinking purchasing from them again.

I throughly enjoyed this place so much. They were so kind and able to help me out. I have constantly struggled with my hearing and unlike every other person when it was brought up they just assumed it was wax. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
