I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and on the day of the appointment a half Hour after she was supposed to be there I tried to call and see where she was. She acted like she didn’t know I had an appointment and told me she was 20 mins behind. Didn’t show up until an hour and a half after my appointment! You would think maybe you’d call and tell someone you’re going to be an hour and a half late? Then she saw my dog and said that’s the dog!? And I said yes he’s a Pomsky like I said over the phone. She also did not tell me I had to plug her bus in and I didn’t have a 3 prong plug in my house so I had to use a power strip which had to be reset 10 times because it used too much power. She was very rude and I will not be calling her ever again.

Two of my friends used her service, she did a hack job on both dogs, shaved right down to the skin and ended up scabbing.They also said she was in a mad rush.

This customer was refunded for her two chihuahuas as well as received free grooming for the other dogs in the house hold as well. If anyone has an issue- all you have to do is ask. It will be resolved.

Best groomer around. Very professional affordable. Been grooming our three dogs for years. She is practically family. Updating this review I posted a year ago. Still grooming strong. Cuts all my dogs (french bulldog, Pomeranian, and Sheltie) with such professionalism. For all you haters here you wouldn't know a dog groomer if it bit you. No pun intended. But what can I say this is POHO. I would hesitate to put her skills up with any of the rest of pro groomers. and yes you will have to supply her with power get over it. If you house doesn't have proper power outlets be glad it hasn't burnt down. I wouldn't even hesitate to supply her with water if need be. She should have 5 starts 5.0 rating but everyone in this small (sic) hole has to complain about something. Keep up the good work Michelle.

I’m go grateful that I found Michelle. Both my Fur babies absolutely love her. She not only does a beautiful job on my sassy Pomerania, but she explained and help me understand his gland issue. I moved to Kimball a year ago and tried 3 different groomers, Red did what ever he could do to not go in these places. It broke my heart. I called In the Pink Mobile Pet Grooming. Red went right to her dancing around and now Red actually sits in the window looking for Michelle to pull in, when I tell him it’s bath time, and gets excited everytime a large vehicle like hers goes by the house! What a relief. She is the best and wouldn’t think about going anywhere else now! Thank you
