Clearbrook Countertops

Went to Clearbrook countertops a few weeks ago and a gentleman was there that was very friendly and helpful. We brought some samples home and picked the color that we wanted to go with, but were a few weeks away from being ready to order.Called on Monday to schedule an installer to come measure so that we could place our order and spoke to a lady on the phone. Not very friendly, but assured me the installer would call me. Didnt hear anything for two days - called back on Wednesday and told her my name and why I was following up... she was so rude! she responded who are you?!?!" I was a bit confused by her question so I repeated myself... "My name is ____ and I called on Monday....." her response was so rude and snappy

Excellent choice for well priced quality countertops. Saved a ton by going with them, and the laminate counters are still looking just as good 3 years in.

Excellent and quick service. Highly recommend these guys. They are very responsive and will work with you for whatever time constraints you may have. They did a fantastic job of installing new countertops in our kitchen and bathroom and did it all in less than 2 weeks from my first call to them and fully installed.

Drove half an hour to arrive to a closed door. Phoned from the parking lot but no one picked up. Fifteen minutes later, they are open (she was eating lunch, it appears!). Wanted to see some Quartz countertops, but We don't have Quartz. Just laminate". I said
