Podollan Inn & Spa

Horrible experience. The bed was rock hard as were the pillows. The breakfast consisted of cold eggs and burnt microwave bacon. No managers were available and they never called when I left a complaint. Picture is from the bathroom. It was hiding behind the door and I have no idea what it was.

The hallway is so bad I'm scared I'm going to twist an ankle when the floor moves as I walk. The fridge is so small you can't really keep anything in it. The cleaning staff can push my stuff on the floor but can't take the garbage out.

The room was ok. Don't get king with a walk-in shower unless you don't want to use the tub. The tub is way too small unless you're washing your feet. Some fixtures verry loose. Walking down the hallway was risky. Parts seemed like you would fall through the floor and very uneven.

The room was good. The spa was excellent!! We had a couple's massage and the therapists were friendly, skilled and very interesting to talk to (Jan and Nat). We had a good evening meal at Jax, but the included breakfast was terrible, like cardboard hash browns and served at different times.

Rooms were great service was not the best everyone seemed to be unorganized breakfast was cheap . And I left an item in the rooms asked them to hold it till I could pick it up lady said yes was super nice said she would hold it for as long as I needed because I live in bc and then I call again and they tell me that it’s no longer there . Terrible

Tiniest TV ever, couldn't see it from the bed!!! Couldn't rent movies. Bed was boney.Shampoo, conditioner and lotion was awesome though. Had all day coffee and tea available in the lobby. The restaurant was top notch! Great service and good food.

We were very excited for our stay at the Podollan inn and spa but we were quickly disappointed. Upon entering our room it was hard not to notice how dirty it was. Our garbage had the previous guests trash in it, there was a little baggy under the bed skirt (gotta love GP) along with numerous fake rose pedals from god knows when. The furniture was in bad shape and there was food bits on the bench/table. We are not picky people but for $330 a night, we expect standards to be set a little higher than a $50 a night motel. We brought our concerns to the man at the front desk and he just laughed and moved us to a different room. Would not recommend.

I have stayed here handfuls of times, a usual stay when we have to fly out early in the morning, and I stayed here for my wisdom teeth extraction appointment as it was at 7am! Beds are firm and rooms are clean, sometimes noisy but that's usual with a hotel. Would recommend!

Do not stay here if you work early and value your sleep, they value renting their banquet hall out for raves more than the paying and returning customers getting a good nights sleep. My room is being vibrated with bass as I lay awake and type this review, thinking of how I will be up for work in a few hours. Not to mention, the elevator is always broken…
