The products are really high quality and the presentation impeccable. Also the customer service was fantastic - I had a request that was fulfilled in real time. Beautiful gift boxes that were very well- presented with good quality, tasty, and/or useful product. Customer service were so helpful and friendly during what I assume were a very busy time of year for them - a huge plus. We did a mix of the pre-made boxes and custom boxes. Our employees received their boxes before the holidays and were all pleasantly surprised.I highly recommend them and will definitely order from Present Day Gifts again. Excellent experience all the way through. They quickly answered my questions by email, made adjustments on the fly and made sure my basket got there. The presentation and hand written note were great personal touches.I loved that I could pick out what went in the basket, and that the selection and prices were very reasonable too. I ordered a gift for local delivery with 48 hours notice. The company had no issue taking my money and providing an email confirming, but failed to provide delivery updates. The delivery date came and passed and the gift was never delivered.The recipient’s birthday has now passed.To date, (more than 96 hours after placing the order and 60hours passed the requested delivery date) the delivery status is still pending stating “we received your order and are getting it ready” . I would never use this company again; bad communication ie. zero follow-up with the customer.If the company account management reads this, it’s order number #21436 please provide my refund.

I had such trouble finding a reputable company with decent reviews, but this is it!I chose to curate my own box and the selection was incredible. I could mix and match with food, wine, body care, household items, etc. I felt the price was not inflated and matched the quality of gift received, especially for being able to curate my own box.I also had a couple questions about delivery and they were very responsive over email. Box was delivered on time!
