Nixon Family Medical Clinic

The “manager” at this location should not be working in any customer facing role. She is rude, abrasive, and has no concept of customer service. When asking a simple question, she becomes irate, raises her voice, and is defensive. When asked to speak to someone else about her behaviour, she says there isn’t anyone, so it is what it is. If I could give negative stars, I would. I will never return to this location because of her and I will be advising everyone I know not to go there!!!!

My wife just took her 96 yr old grandmother for a 12:45 pm ultrasound appointment. She was told to drink and she did , 1 litre of water 2 hrs before . She got there on time and the place is locked up ? .For Lunch ?Told to come back at 1 pm . My wife reiterated that they had a 12:45 appointment. Told flat out to come back .Then my wife thought she would go in with her grandmother for the ultrasound . They said no . Then later they asked for my wife’s assistance.This is a medical centre ? Wow !

My son has had Dr. Pandit on two occasions now over the last 2 years. The first time, immediately upon entering the examination room Dr. Pandit stated Who's in the room?" in this demanding tone. I've never been spoken to like that at a doctor's office before so I figured he might have just been having a bad day. My son had another appointment with him again today and he said the exact same thing in the same tone. It felt like I was at some type of military checkpoint and an officer was demanding I immediately identify myself. Not even a simple cordial hello. I guess they don't teach that in medical school anymore. I'm brown and my son's mother is white so I can't help but think race played a role in his treatment of me as well but maybe he's just this tactless to everyone. I'm not sure which is worst.He was kind to my son though so for that I'm thankful. I just wish the experience didn't have to be so undignifying. I also found the receptionist to be unnecessarily rude. I showed up separately from my son's mother and when I checked in at the front counter the receptionist acted like I was being unreasonable because I wanted to go into the examination room with my son rather than waiting in the waiting room.The voicemail is also really echoey. It's difficult to make out what the voice is actually saying. My comments are consistent with other comments I've read about Dr. Pandit and the receptionist.Hopefully someone reviews these posts to try to correct these issues. The service wasn't bad otherwise. If you're a person of colour and don't mind being spoken to as though you're a criminal then it's not an entirely horrible experience

I got lucky when I found this place. Debbie was able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Q. I was also able to get my prescription right there at the pharmasave. Great customer service all around. If you need a walk-in clinic, don't waste your time elsewhere, go to Nixon. You can also make an appointment to make sure you get seen. I highly recommend

The doctors and staff are amazing, (especially Dr. Pandit), however, booking an online appointment has proven to be impossible!! I have tried every day for over two weeks with no success. I've followed the instructions from the site on how to book an appointment, which has to be done 24 hours in advance or at 8am each day for same day afternoon appointments. Again, no luck, for two weeks. I understand there may be a shortage of staff, but booking an appointment shouldn't be so difficult. I believe a new appointment system needs to be considered or implemented. My husband and I prefer this location because we have been seeing the same doctor for 3 years, but unfortunately, it looks like we need to go elsewhere. * Additional information, this location has paid parking, but there is also a pharmacy, x-ray/ultrasound services and a bloodlab on site, which is super convenient (again, if you can get an appointment).

Dr. Lovesey has been my family doctor for years now. She is always so caring and truly cares about her patients. She runs on time and goes above and beyond for me. Her staff are always on top of things and are very efficient. I travel 4 hours just to see her. highly recommend!

My first appointment (today) experience was great. I received professional service from the medical assistants at the front desk to the doctor who examined me. I haven’t had a family physician for 3 years now and appreciate being able to make an appointment to be seen. Dr. Qu was excellent, I highly recommend this clinic.

If I could write 10/10 stars I would. Save yourself from going to any other clinic in London, ON if you want to get the best service that this city has to offer. Extremely fast service, great doctors, and you can do all your booking on the website prior to showing up so that you don't have to fill out any paperwork. I know I am not going anywhere else now that I have discovered this place.Also to the ladies at the front desk, great job.

My son is a patient of Dr. Nagar's, he is an excellent pediatrician who truly cares for his patients and his staff are caring, patient and understanding with us worried parents! I really appreciate his and his staffs hard work and dedication to their patients!

My family doctor left in March and they still have not found a replacement for her yet. In the original letter they sent in the mail last year around August, it stated that if we needed a doctor right away we would have to pay for our files to be transferred over. After emailing them recently I was told to find a new doctor or go to a walk-in clinic. Unfortunately the clinic is not an option as I need paper work signed by the family doctor. This is ridiculous and has been an ongoing issue. As a patient it is not our fault when I doctor leaves and it should be resolved within a few months not over half a year.
