These guys are awesome!! They're helping me with physiotherapy after l was T-boned. When I leave here after my seasion I feel so much better and more relaxed not as stiff..Highly Recommended!!

April is by far the best physiotherapist I have ever had in my life! She really takes the time to work with you for the whole appointment, rather than just seeing you for a minute and passing you off to an assistant. She’s helped me heal my ankle and back issues. Larry is an acupuncturist and he is also just as amazing! He’s cured my chronic migraines and just really knows what he’s doing. Also want to mention the receptionist, she is soooo sweet and kind, and just wonderful at what she does. Love this team.

Very organized system. Brand new office and new equipment. Can book appointment online and and on the phone. Very accessible location along dundas. Easy to bus from square one.

I would like to take hits opportunity to thank April and Optimum Physotherapy team for the professional treatment on my recovery!It was April who encouraged me to start exercises in such an amazing rehab journey. You gave me the confidence to work on the program by understanding my situation, explaining what I can do and what should avoid at certain point of time throughout the progress.The exercises went gradually from group 1 to group 4, which soften and strengthen the muscles, plus flexibility.I could tell the big improvement even after the first week. I am getting better and better with the therapy and exercises.The team is nice and caring. They provide personalized treatment and exercise plans to fit the situation. I will highly recommend Optimum Physotherapy to anyone in such a need.

It was a great experience from physiotherapy (April and Carol), Massage (Arlene) and they have the added service for chiro. It was painless after the treatment plus a very accommodating receptionist (Vida) who always look for a better schedule. Thank you for your great service.

Friendly, warm, and accomodating staff. Both physiotherapist and massage therapist do a great job. My mother and I both go for treatment there regularly (once or twice a week) and we feel relieved and relaxed each time. Would definitely recommend.

The Physio treatment I received here was top notch for my total knee replacement. I would highly recommend them.
