Very poor service from the girl at the counter as they are not upfront on their charges. I unloaded big" packages (not that big) and after I finished unloading them they told that they charge 5$ per package for handling and storing them. First of all

They lie about the every thing, charge dearly for a lying promise. Its better to go directly to the original carrier offices like (DHL, FEDEX, etc.,) and do not deal with them. It is a waste of money and time. if there is zero star I would give it to them.
