Update: Oct 21, 2022 washrooms deplorable and worse. Washrooms (Men’s) need a total overhaul. Parking lot is a dump yard and retaining wall is falling over. Cleaning cart is a joke. Nothing to clean with. Tiles falling off the wall. Countertop in Men’s washroom was ready for the dump in like 2010. Chapters and Starbucks seem to spend money elsewhere but not on washrooms in this store.

Closing at 7pm during the week is a joke. People have to work. By the time people are ready to shop the store is closed. This location has more focus on house goods than actual books now. The books are just repetitive in different sections of the store. This store has a very poor selection and it used to be the best book location in the region. I'm just going to switch to a reader and stop shopping here. The staff also doesn't approach to assist anymore like they used to.Update: I just raced outta work tonight to make it to the store before 7pm close, to try the second attempt to make a return, now to see a sign posted on the door, they can't process returns. I dont live in this town so getting here during open hours is a hassle. No lights on in the parking lot. I was almost hit by a person reversing. I will no longer be shopping here.

Gotta love Chapters. They have an Indigo Kids area in the back of the store. My daughter had a blast exploring this area, both books and toys. We bought a few books for a good deal and will be back again for more. Starbucks is also located here. 5 stars all the way.

I was here to pick up my online order, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating in assisting me. Grabbed a couple of items as well for the kitchen and it was really a good deal cause its on 65% off. Everything in Chapters is well curated and stylish from home decor to kitchen essentials and office supplies

The hours here are ridiculous. I am sitting in my car watching three other groups of people walk up to the store and then turn away when realizing it's closed. Closed at 7pm on a Friday night!! This is not the first time this has happened to me. I will no longer be coming here. Their early closing time is just far too frustrating. Do people not want to work anymore? Do people not want the work hours anymore?

Looked for Ansel Adams books, very limited selection. Only one available.Location definitely needs a makeover, stale feeling and stagnant air. Many tables with repetitive books, again seems limited.

It's a solid bookstore for the general public. If you are looking for out of print, academic or used books there are other locations. Staff is helpful and friendly and prices are competitive. Lots of interesting gift ware offerings.

Very cozy and cute store with the Starbucks inside. Great for kids. My granddaughter was happy to get some books and board games she picked as her birthday presents.
