I have shopped at this location a few times and I have always received great service! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The store is neat and tidy, and products are easy to find.

They are always welcoming, always have the food I need in stock... My dog has a ton of allergies and they've been more than helpful with finding a suitable food, performatrim ultra, limited ingredients with a salmon and potato base, and it has the buy 12 get one free, not a bad price at $56 for a medium sized bag that lasts about a month.

Two staff on hand no one else in the store. Not one welcomed or asked if I needed assistance as I scrolled up and down isles looking at ingredients on the bags. Sure, Ill just say thank you, Im ok, but come on they just stood there at cash watching me silently. Uncomfortable.

I found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. I know people complain about this chain being expensive, but sometimes you need to pay for knowledge or information and not just stuff!

Great customer service and product selection, but the country music was so loud that I had a difficult time focusing and hearing what they were saying. Not the time or place for loud music.
