Really great tea-buying experience! One would think the huge selection of tea would be overwhelming, but the staff tis always super helpful! Nyaomi helped pick some great tea varieties! I highly recommend if you're at the HSC. Reasonable prices too!

Nyaomi had a excellent knowledge of the teas I asked about, friendly, delightful. Was kind when telling me T Kettle did not have one of the teas I had on my list. Realized later that it was organic" not "orange"... we shared a laugh."

First time going in to the shopping centre location and had such a great conversation about the different types of tea they have with Nyaomi. It was great to talk to someone who likes tea as much as me. Highly recommend going in and giving the different blends a try!

So excited about this tea shop, so glad to have a tea shop in Halifax Shopping Centre again! They have tons of variety in tea and their staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Their packaging is biodegradable and compostable. Prices are very affordable! I will be shopping here for tea from now on.
