Jackie provides the most professional and friendly services of any waxing facility I’ve been too. She’s so good at making you feel comfortable. Very skilled at what she does. Always fast and efficient. Very clean and professional. Highly recommend smooth aesthetics for all your aesthetic needs.

I was in Thunder Bay for about 9 days on vacation visiting family and wanted to get my full legs waxed.Jackie was kind, quick and gentle during the service. If I lived in the area I would be a return customer.

I have never been happier with my waxing. The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly. I can even bring my daughter when I don't have a sitter. Jackie is great at what she does and makes you feel comfortable. Even the products she sells there I love! Alot of which she makes!
