I loved the way my hair was treated, my scalp was super clean and shiny. I really appreciate the service I got if I were to give them 10 stars I would. Hair trix is my to go to hair salon from now on. Thank you ladies I appreciate it.

This salon is a regional treasure. Margaret is so knowledgeable and simply an expert in hair. My curls have never been healthier and bouncier. I see people with all hair types and genders coming intonher salon and they all leave with a HUGE satisfied smile. Thank you Margaret and Patrice. You are awesome

Most caring hairstylists I’ve ever been too. Listens to what customer wants and delivers. Very creative, always leave happy. Bonus, massage during hair wash is unreal.

3 months after Feb 26 appointment.- I would not recommend the hair relaxer process to anyone with 3c hair, which I discovered were on many parts of my scalp. Intense straightening procedures such as serious straightening of hair with chemical relaxers are not recommended for anyone with this hair type. I found some chemical burned bald spots on my scalp as a result of relaxing 3c hair. I repeat do not relax 3c hair, if anything ask for a silk press or blow out.---5 months agoI would recommend the hair relaxer procedure to anyone with 4a or to a greater extent 4b hair texture according to the Andre Walker hair typing system. She did a good job of straightening my roots but couldn't recognize that the ends were already overly processed and didn't need any more chemical straightening.If you are looking to get braids or weave done, I personally have never used any of these services but the results look impressive (see the Instagram account).Its been 3 weeks and my hair is still intact.With some improvement on technique the hair relaxer process could be more of a 5 out of 5.

The braiding is painful, the staff has no patience. I’m truly disappointed. They burnt my hair and I had to cut it due to them using too much heat. It had been years since I went for a service. Last time, they burnt my scalp with the relaxer. Overpriced. Two stars because I like the owner, she’s nice. Should hire more capable staff.

Wonderful experience! My daughter's previous hairdresser never returned to her job at our previous salon, after Covid hit, so this was our first experience at Hair Trix. It was a great experience!! All of the ladies working at the salon were all so friendly and helpful. Her stylist did an AMAZING job and the ladies provided a lot of help to me in looking at some of their products. Most importantly, my teenage daughter walked out of the salon with a big smile on her face and looking gorgeous!! Thanks ladies!! We'll be returning!

Do no recommend at all.. I’ve been at this salon twice before and thought the long waiting times was a one time thing but turns out it is just part of their disorganized workplace culture. I did a wash and straighten which generally takes a total of 45 minutes to complete. This week I went in and was there for 2 hours and 15 mins because Margaret was the only one working.. but my issue is why take appointments (not even walk-ins) if you can’t handle them. THAT IS NOT THE WORST PART.. she will charge you whatever price comes to mind because this time she charged me 73 dollars so I left no tip because she previously charged me 50 in October. This is when I decided to never return and discourage my friends from going because this lady likes to take advantage of kind clients by charging them more. FUNNIEST PART IS she increased the price after making me wait for TWO HOURS. Being in the beauty industry myself, I’m disappointed at the unprofessionalism that goes on in this salon and strongly don’t recommend... the only good thing about this place is the cute girl who works in the back/ washes your hair
