Neil was extremely helpful and gave me sound advise. My case would have been very hard to prove and he suggested I not pursue it. Sometimes you just have to realize that you can’t always win and be thankful that a lawyer like Neil isn’t going to lead you down the garden path.. When our uncle passed away in Toronto, his only two living relatives were my brother in Europe and me in the United States. He unfortunately left behind unpaid taxes, some debt, pension and life insurance issues, scattered inheritance funds, and an unwilling Executor of the Will. Neil was beyond helpful with helping to guide me in the right direction so I could finally finalize my sister's estate.
