Friendly, professional, easy going and very helpful. The mechanic (owner?) took the time to explain some details about the parts & my bike, showing some diagrams and other information that really helped me to understand the work that they were doing, what parts they were using, and some other things that I misunderstood (like cross-chaining). The invoice/receipt was clear and showed prices and labour charges, which all seemed very reasonable.

Supporting local is always a good move and am happy to do so with PitStop Bikes. Quality humans providing quality service. After my initial tune up the gears were still slipping. Not the fault of the store at all. I went back and the issue was quickly diagnosed and no time wasted to fix the problem. The extra work was performed for free and a new set of grips thrown on to make up for any inconvenience. Unnecessary but super appreciated! Great place to take your current bike or to look for a new one. Thanks again!

Great little bike shop! Just brought my 15 year old Giant in for a much-needed overhaul and it came out looking and riding like new! A little pricey but much cheaper than buying a brand new one!

Guillermo is really knowledgeable and has done a great job tuning my bike. He was able to point out a problem area I was then able to address with the part manufacturer to get a replacement.

I love this bike shop!! Guillermo is so friendly and kind and we always have such great chats when I’m in there. I love supporting local but especially when they have solid values, lots of knowledge and are just all around great humans! I always appreciate stopping in here and leave with a smile on my face! Absolutely amazing service! I had a safety tune up done on my old bike and it looks as good as new! Brought my new bike in to have a bike rack installed and the attention to detail was amazing. The owner tweaked some things I didn’t even notice on my new bike as he installed the rack! Will only come here for my cycling needs.
